Local, seasonal produce cooked with passion
We champion local, seasonal, and fresh produce. Our menus therefore change with the seasons, the weather, and our daily inspirations. At lunch, we offer a set market menu; in the evening, dishes à la carte.
Half of our menu is dedicated to inventive, indulgent vegetarian cooking. For the rest, we source the finest pigs from the Tarn and fish from the Criée de Sète fish market.
In short, all of our cooking is seasonal, generous, and made in-house, in a setting we want to feel genuinely warm and welcoming.
